If a customer changes their mind within 14 days after starting the subscription, they can contact EdPlace's Customer Support team via email at help@edplace.com and a refund will be processed. All refunds are processed by the Refunds Team and can take up to 10 working days to be credited back into the customer's bank account. However, refunds are not offered for renewal payments or if an account has not been used.
